COACH’S TIP

Train with intensity and focus especially when working out at home or with minimal equipment. As we don’t have much external load to work with like we do in a gym setting where there’s bars and dumbbells, most of the benefit (both physically and mentally) will come from pushing yourself as hard as you can during the workout!

WARMUP

Complete 1 Round of the following circuit:

  1. Camel Cat stretch x 20

Forest.

Even a child knows how valuable the forest is. The fresh, breathtaking smell of trees. Echoing birds flying above that dense magnitude. A stable climate, a sustainable diverse life and a source of culture. Yet, forests and other ecosystems hang in the balance, threatened to become croplands, pasture, and plantations.
