My Why is very simple and gives me great satisfaction and that is to be the best part of someone’s day.

MAP your path to growth, purpose, gratitude, change, attitude, movement, goals, and happiness.
I believe if you develop and adopt a gratitude abundance mindset, you will see beauty and goodness all around you and a new perspective and high gratitude for what you already have.
Remember to practice self-compassion and be kind to yourself because you are enough!

I like to base my day to day on five simple values:

  • Growth. I love nothing more than watching people grow, and growth is addictive, especially if you like moving. I naturally feel fulfilled when I’m assisting others in growing and improving myself. Every situation in our lives calls for us to grow, and I love being a part of that.
  • Purpose. A sense of achievement is essential to living the life you desire. Purpose takes those goals to an even higher level, but achieving goals doesn’t equal happiness. Purpose and progress equals happiness.
  • Gratitude Mindset. When you have a gratitude mindset, you focus on the limitless opportunities available in business and life because you already appreciate what you have. When you are grateful, you choose to focus on the positive things rather than the negative things. When you focus on gratitude, what you appreciate expands and grows. My gratitude abundance mindset is very new, and I had a light bulb moment this year when a keynote speaker who addressed myself and my colleagues one day said this one simple phrase: “I get to rather than I have to.” These eight simple words switched my mindset, and things changed for me that day.
  • Embrace Change. Life will never go as planned; there will always be surprises, change is inevitable, and we must learn to embrace change. The potential for transformation is present in every change life throws our way. Rather than be focused on and defined by these changes, we must learn to adapt, transform and be the best version of ourselves we can, in each and every situation that is presented to us.

  • Attitude. Choose your own attitude. You can’t control life or what others say or how they treat you, but you can choose how you handle it!
I believe the best kind of attitude to have is one of gratitude and humility.
